• 1 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
• 1 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
• 3 sprays cooking spray
• 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/8 tsp ground ginger
• 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
1.Preheat oven 400. Spray muffin tins or use wrappers.
2.Combine flour, bran, baking powder, salt, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oatmeal in large bowl.
3. Combine apple sauce, pumpkin, splenda, brown sugar, egg substitute, vanilla and milk in a medium bowl; mix well w/ a wooden spoon.
4. Add apple sauce mix to flour mix til completely incorporated, stir in 1/2 of the raisins.
5. Pour into pans. Sprinkle with remainder of raisins. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
