Preheat a large cast-iron skillet. Cut onion
and bell peppers into strips. Place sausages in
skillet with thyme and brown. Add onions and
bell peppers and brown those. Add garlic.
Season with cayenne. Add beer and drink the
rest. Add splash of red wine vinegar. Cover,
bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for
about 10 to 15 minutes or until sausage is
cooked completely. Serve with mustard,
sauerkraut, and a starch (like potatoes or
garlic bread).
