Preheat grill to high heat and oil the grates.
Mix together all ingredients, carefully, trying
not to break apart the meat too much. Form
these into patties to fit your buns, making a
small indentation with your thumb in the middle
of each one. Grill for about 5 minutes per
side, only turning once. Serve with avocado,
sauteed onions and mushrooms, lettuce, roma
tomatoes, bacon, and high-quality buns.
