Layer a 15x10 inch pan with heavy duty foil. Arrange crackers in a
single layer. Set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter, stir in
sugar. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring, for 1-2 min. until sugar is
dissolved. Pour evenly over crackers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min, until very bubbly. Immediately
sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chips to soften for a few min.
then spread over top. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Cool. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until well set. Break into pieces.
Store in refrigerator, serve cold.
