Remove and chop mushroom stems. Saute' onion and chopped
garlic a minute in olive oil. Add mushroom stems and chicken.
Cook about 5 min.
Melt together, butter, cream cheese and wine, until thickened.
Add garlic salt and crushed red pepper to taste.
Pour cream sauce into chicken mixture. Adjust seasoning. Fill
mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle bread crumbs
on top. Broil 6 - 9 min. until golden.
