Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour and
baking soda; set aside.
Beat brown sugar, margarine, and granulated sugar with an electric
mixer

at medium speed until well blended. Add egg substitute and
vanilla, beating well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir
in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking
sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden per batch. Remove cookies
from baking sheets, and cool completely
