Whisk eggs, oil and cheese...fold in onions & zucchini. add salt, pepper and garlic. mix, add Bisquick.
Mixture will be very lumpy.
Spray pan with PAM, Bake @ 350, 20-25mins (until tops start to get golden)
Works best in low pans (cake, pie, brownie pans.
Ideal prep, cupcake pans, fill aprox 2/3 way...adjust cooking time, accordingly.
If zucchini has big or allot of seeds, scrap them out.
This is not a dense bread, it is very soft and moist.
DO NOT BAKE IN LOAF PAN
