Melt together; butter, cream cheese and wine until thickened. Add
garlic salt and red pepper. Shut off burner, let sit.
Remove & chop mushroom stems. Set aside. Saute' onion and
chopped garlic in olive oil. Add mushroom stems and chicken,
and cook about 5 min. Add cream sauce to chicken, adjust
seasoning.
Fill mushroom caps. Place on cooke sheet. Top with
breadcrumbs. Broil 6 to 9 min. until golden.
