1. Combine the corn, black-eyed peas,
jalapenos, tomato, red bell pepper, onion &
salad dressing in a large mixing bowl. Taste,
& add salt/pepper as needed.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap &
refrigerate for at least one hour, allowing the
flavors to meld.
3. Just before serving, add the cilantro & lime
juice & toss again.

Serve with tortilla chips; Refrigerate any leftovers.
