Line a 15 X 10 inch baking pan with foil and spray with non stick spray. Place crackers in rows on foil. In saucepan, melt butter, add brown sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and spread until completely covered. bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes (Crackers will float) Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers. Spread evenly across with knife. Sprinkle half, spread a little, sprinkle rest, this makes it easier to spread. Sprinkle on nuts. Refrigerate. Flip over after a few hours and crack into pieces after refrigerating overnight.
