In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, egg, and vanilla.
Mix until a soft dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of a
9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
Spread the pineapple preserves over the dough. Sprinkle with the
walnuts and coconut. Spread the condensed milk over the top.
Sprinkle with the M&M's. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool
completely before cutting into 15 large squares or 60 bite sized
squares.
Notes
If you can't find the carrot cake M&M's, you could substitute white
chocolate chips.
