1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
|
|
2 chicken boullion cubes, dissolve in 1/4 c. boiling water
|

2 Tablespoons flour
|
|
1/2 cup heavy cream
|
|
1/2 cup butter, melted
|
|
3/4 - 1 cup seasoned croutons
|
|
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (3 oz. in mixture, the rest on top)
|

Instructions |
|
|
-Sprinkle flour over sliced mushrooms and gently toss
so they are coated.
|

|
-Combine all other ingredients with mushrooms and
sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
|
|
|
-Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1/2 hour or until
bubbly.
