3/4 cup warm water - 3 tbsp skimmed milk powder
1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
10g butter
1 jar pesto
1. Mix skimmed milk powder in water. Add sugar
and after dissolved, add yeast. Nix well and set
aside.
2. Place flour in bowl, Add salt and mix well.

4. Add yeast mixture to flour mixture. Mix well,
If too dry add more water.
5. leave to rest for ten minutes.
6. Knead for 6 minutes until no longer sticky
Leave to rest for 30 minutes. Knovk bac and leave
for another 30 minutes.
7. Open into a rectangle. Spread pesto all over.
8. Roll into a swiss roll shape.
9. Cut lengthwise in half but leave one end
joined together.
10. twist and join the ends together.
11. Place on a baking sheet and leave to rest for
30 minutes
12. Bake at 200C for about 20-30 minutes
