Shread chicken breast with fork (with or without skin), combine ingredients, season with salt and pepper
Add tsp of filling onto center of wonton, brush corners with eggwash, lift corners up and pinch at the top
Boiling water-keep at boil- seasoned with salt
Drop in wontons a few at at time, cook for 5 minuites each
Sauce- Keep sauce simple! Melt butter in skillet, salt and pepper, add wontons into melted butter, toss, grate parmesan chesse on top at the last minuite
