Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle chicken
breast with 1ts of EVOO on both sides. Season
with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, combine the Panko, parmesan cheese, 1
ts of EVOO, salt and pepper. Top each chicken
with the Panko topping and press to adhere. Roast
in oven for 12-14 minutes.
