4 limes, washed well, juiced, and juiced halves reserved
1/4 c mint leaves
2T agave or simple syrup
2 c club soda
2 c ice
Instructions
In large pitcher, combine pineapple rum, light
rum, lime juice, reserved squeezed limes, mint,
and agave/simple syrup. Using end of wooden spoon,
muddle well to release oils from limes and mint
leaves.
Add coconut water and club soda and stir to
combine.
Divide ice cubes among six tall glasses and pour
cocktail over ice. Enjoy!
