This dish is a traditional cuisine of Japan.
When I was small, my mother often made this dish.
It taste is sleek and reminds me of my mother .
Because my mother always loved me.

Step 1
Dissolve the salt and sweet sake for seasoning and soy sauce into
the bonito soup.
And dissolve the beaten egg into it.

Step 2
Put the chicken and mushrooms and bamboo shoots in a tea cup.
And put the soup of step 1.
Put the tea cup on the steamer.
Medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 3
Turn off the heat, on steam for 5 minutes.
Decorate the trefoil and steamed fish paste.
