In a very large mixing bowl, using clean washed hands,
mix all the above ingredients except the gyoza dough.

Set up work area consisting of
gyoza skins
small bowl of clean water
meat mixture
large clean pate(s)

Begin by placing a dough square on your hand and
place a tsp of meat on the center of the dough. Using
water, wet fingertips and wet 2 edges of the dough.
Begin folding over flap of dough onto wet edges and
seal by either pinching or folding into a fan shape.
Place onto a plate and continue until all meat is
used.

Heat over med-low heat in a non stick skillet. Add a
tbsp of oil or use a cooking spray. Place a single
layer of gyoza fan flat side down. Cook evenly on
both sides until browned. Option cooking is also
steaming them by adding a little water to the hot pan
and then covering.
