Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix salt and flour. Add margarine and shortening. Cut in flour until crumbly - size of pea. Sprinkle vinegar over mixture and mix together lightly - do not over mix. Roll dough out on wax paper top and bottom. Peel off paper, put in pie pan, press down and remove last paper. Fill with beans while cooking. Bake 15 minutes, cool.
