Fill crock pot with 2 cups chicken broth, add
chicken. Cook 2-4 hours on low. Shred chicken and
keep in crock pot. In pan melt butter and stir in
garlic for 1 minute. Add flour slowly whisking in
2 cups chicken broth and milk. When thick add
onion powder and milk. Add to chicken in pot. top
with red pepper, avocado, pineapple, Chinese
noodles, onions, olives, celery.
