Mix sugar, butter, eggs, flour, salt, hershey
syrup, and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 13 greased cake
pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix the powdered sugar, milk, butter, peppermint
extract, and food coloring. Pour over cooled
brownies.
To make the glaze melt the chips and butter. Stir
until smooth and pour over frosting.
Let set and enjoy.
