Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Combine cauliflower
and leaves, oil and zaatar in a large bowl.
Transfer to two large oven tray lined with baking
paper and cook for 50 mins. Shake occasionally.
Dressing - whisk all ingredients - tahini, lemon,
yoghurt and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and
pepper.
Combine cauliflower, herbs, pine nuts, pomegrante,
raisins and dressing.
