Divide veggies and meat between two freezer bags,
keeping the veggies on one side of the bag and the
chicken on the other. You've got two full meals. Freeze until needed.
Take the meal out of the freezer either the day
before to thaw or drop it in a bowl of hot water.
Once thawed throw the whole thing in a hot, oiled
skillet. Fry until nearly cooked through and add
the seasoning.
Serve hot on tortillas and your favorite
toppings.
This recipe can also be thrown right in the
crock pot and left to sit all day for an easy
no cook dinner.
Variations include, BBQ chicken and pineapples,
terriyaki, steak and peppers, sausage and
potatoes. Really anything you can pre bag will
work in this case.
You can also double these recipes and set yourself up for a couple
of months. Hint- Works great in the crock pot for a no stove
summer meal.
