To make custard, see back of packet or on the tin. When custard ready, leave to cool a little. Meanwhile whisk the fresh cream, add the vanilla essence and 1 tblspoon of sugar. This will remain runny, will not thicken, leave it aside. Now put some crushed amaretti biscuits at the bottom of a big wine glass, add 2 tblspoons of the fresh cream mixture, then some sliced bananas on it to cover it, last some custard. Repeat this procedure for the second layer. Decorate with crushed amaretti biscuits, some chocolate chips and sprinkle some coconuts. Leave these overnight, or if you make them in the morning, serve them in the evening. These are delicious, even the fresh cream on biscuits, when they are soaked, will come like honey. Enjoy --)
