CAKE-
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into 2 9 in. prepared round baking pans
Bake at 300 or until done (springs back when touched or a toothpick that comes out clean)
FROSTING-
Mix all ingredients (it will thicken as you mix).
Frost on completely cooled cake.
Refrigerate after frosting.
