Combine consommé, water, soy sauce, honey, maple syrup, barbecue sauce and mustard in slow cooker; mix well. Cut ribs into 3 to 4 rib portions. Add ribs to slow cooker. (If ribs are especially fatty; broil 10 minutes before adding to slow cooker.) Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 4 to 6 hours or until ribs are tender. Cut into individual ribs. Serve with sauce.
