Freeze the pineapple juice in ice cube tray until frozen. Then, in a blender, combine the tequila, curacao, frozen pineapple concentrate and the pineapple juice cubes. Add regular ice cubes.
Cover blender and puree until smooth. Divide among glasses and garnish as desired.
