Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs and red food
colouring.

Sift together the flour and cocoa. Add to the
creamed mixture and mix well.
|

Roll out the dough, cut into heart shapes and bake 12 minutes at 190
C
|
|
|
To make the cream cheese filling- cream the 60g
butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Blend in the icing sugar in half cup portions
until it is spreadable.
