|
Trim fat from the meat. cut meat into pieces that
will fit into a crock pot. Prior to placing into
the crockpot, sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper
and brown on all sides. Transfer to crock pot

Add the onions, 1 cups of root beer and the garlic.
Simmer for 8-10 hours on low
When do pull pork apart with two forks

Meanwhile cook the sauce by adding 3 cups of root
beer into a sauce pan and 1 can of bottled chili
sauce or (make your own- 1 cup worth)
|
|
|
When meat is done add shredded and the root beer
concentrate, 6-8 hot pepper drops and 6 shakes of
liquid smoke ( if you like liquid smoke flavor).
If you still need more flavor or you want a more
intense BBQ flavor add your favorite BBQ sauce.
