2 teaspoons finely minced garlic or some garlic powder
5 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Fix artichokes and gently spread leaves apart.
Blend salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley flakes.
Sprinkle over artichokes (upright) and drizzle
oil. Add cold water to cover 1/3 artichokes.
Cover and bring to boil. Simmer for one hour or
until tender.
