Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for about 1 minute (I have used Deglet Noor dates and they are a bit dry so I mushed them in a little warm water, not much). If you don't have a food processor mix all by hand and the dates have to be mushed by a fork. Put the mixture in fridge for about 10 minutes. Then form about 15-20 round truffles with your hands. They should be the size of a small golf ball. Roll the truffles in cocao powder, shredded coconuts or chopped nuts. I have roll them in chocolate vermicelli, colored vermicelli and zucchero granula. Place in fridge for 30-45 minutes before serving. They are very soft from inside! Enjoy -) Taste so good!
