In a large skillet, crumble up the ground beef
and add the chopped onion. Cook until meat is
done and the onion is transparent. Drain off
all grease. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water
and pour onto meat. Stir in garlic powder,
salt, pepper, and soups. Cook for five
minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to
low and simmer for another 10 mintues.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the
package directions. Drain off water when
noodles are tender. Remove the meat mixture
from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over
hot noodles.
