Finely grind crackers and cookies, and mix all ingredients
together.

|
Press evenly and FIRMLY into pie dish. ( I use pan or glass to press
and roll sides firmly).
Bake in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool
|
|
|
This crust can be put back into oven for short time for pies
such as Key Lime.
|
|
|
If crust seems too dry or too skimpy add a little more butter or crumbs if necessary
|
