(1) 26-32oz bag frozen hashbrowns
|
|
(1) 8oz sour cream
|
|
(1) 10.5oz can cream of chicken soup
|

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
|
|
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
1/4 cup melted butter
|
|
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Pour hashbrowns into large bowl. In separate bowl combine
sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and onion.
|

Mix together with melted butter and cheese.
|
|
|
Pour into cooking sprayed crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours.
