Prepare pasta according to package directions;
drain and reserve 1/3 cup of cooking liquid.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large non-
stick skillet over medium-high heat; saute
sausage 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add
peppers; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add zucchini,
tomatoes and garlic powder; cook and stir 3
minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Place cooked
and drained pasta in a large serving bowl; add
sausage and vegetables, reserved pasta cooking
liquid, lemon zest and juice; toss to combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. If
desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and
garnish with fresh basil. Makes 4-6 servings.
