Warm milk in microwave for 1 min and add vinegar and let sit.

Whisk egg whites until stiff to make lighter and fluffier pancakes. Mix up egg yolks
separately. (This step can be omitted if time poor. Just lightly beat eggs instead)

|
Combine all ingredients together, except egg whites, until smooth.
|
|
|
Lastly stir in egg whites. Use immediately while mixture is fluffy.
