Salad- cut kale into bite size pieces. Cube the beet root, and
add on top of kale. Add chickpeas as well.
Dressing- cut up 2 avocados, put into a food processor with half
a cup of olive oil, half a cup of water, with as much salt and
pepper as you'd like. Blend in food processor. ...add to salad!
