Mix together dry ingredients and stir well. With dry hands, rub on
pork tenderloin so it gets on all sides. Push a little into the pork to
help it adhere. Pour the oil into a pan and add the minced garlic.
Cook the garlic to infuse into the oil - about a minute or two. Then,
add pork tenderloin to the oil and brown/sear on all sides - for
about 10 minutes. Put the seared tenderloin on a baking sheet, and
bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 450. Remove from oven and let rest for
5 mins. Slice and enjoy.
