Method- Cake
Beat eggs into bowl, whisk lightly, add sugar
and whisk until thick, creamy and almost white
in colour. Lightly fold flour into mixture.
Place in a well greased baking tin. Bake in
moderate oven 180c for about 30 minutes or when
you insert a skewer it will comes out clean.
Meanwhile make the Cream Cheese Strawberry
Filling- Wash and chop strawberries. Beat cream
cheese, add vanilla essence, strawberry essence
and sugar. Mix well, add the chopped
strawberries and continue mixing with an
electric mixer till smooth. Put in fridge for a
while. When the cake has cooled, slice and
spread the cream cheese strawberry filling,
leave some for Frosting. Decorate with
strawberries and grated chocolate. Enjoy -)
