Mix passata and pesto together. Pour into a shallow casserole dish. Mix Italian seasoning salt and pepper together. Pat zucchini dry between two tea towels. Toss zucchini with Italian dressing. Layer zucchini and tomatoes into casserole dish on an angle so there is like a 1/4 of the zucchini and tomato slices are submergerd in sauce. If you have a few extra toss em on top. You will place like 4 or five zucchini slices and then a tomato slice. Repeat till used.
