In a quart jar or crock add 1/4 C. water and yeast. Allow to rest
15 minutes
|
|
|
Add remaining water, flour and sugar. Cover with a cloth. Leave
over night at room temp.
|
|
|
stir as it rises up and leave out until desired sour taste is
reached.
|
|
|
Refrigerate and replace what you use with equal parts flour and
water to keep starter alive
