-Wash chicken and drain well
-Mix all the other ingredients in a large bowl, add chicken to it
and mix well.
-Marinate for about 3 to 4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
-Grill in oven or preferably on a BBQ grill, till done.
Cucumber Yogurt Raita -
Mix together- 2 cups plain yogurt, black/kaala namak or regular salt, a pinch of chilli
powder, 1/2 tsp ground jeera (preferably freshly ground), chopped cucumber, tomato
and cilantro. Pour in dish and garnish with cilantro, chilli and jeera pwd.
