Drop won ton into a large kettle of boiling
water. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until
filling is no longer pink, about 4 minutes.
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add cabbage or
spinach and green onions and cook for 2 minutes
for spinach, or for 3 minutes for cabbage.
Remove won tons from water with slotted spoon
and drop into hot broth. Add meat, soy sauce,
and sesame oil. Heat through.
