|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients together except the butter. Pour into pie plate
lined with dough. Place another piece of dough on top of apple
filling.

|
Cut slits in top for steam to escape. Put pieces of butter on top
of pie crust.
|
|
|
Place an aluminum foil lined baking sheet on lower rack of oven.
Bake @ 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Then turn oven down to
350 degrees and bake for 30 to 45 minutes
