Dice the chicken to cubes. Add salt, soya sauce,
half the chilly paste, vinegar, refined flour,
cornstarch, egg and marinate in fridge for a while.
Then grill it to crispy consistency.
Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic. Add dry
chilly and saute for another minute followed by
green chilly. Add chilly paste, salt, white pepper,
vinegar, soya sauce. Mix it well, add little water
and bring it to boil.
Dissolve the cornstarch in water and keep it aside.
Add the diced capsicum and onion and saute for 2
minutes. Then add the grilled or fried chicken to
it. Toss it well with diluted cornstarch and celery.
Finally garnish it with spring onion greens.
