1. Beat yolks until pale and thick; add lemon
juice, sugar and rind. Continue beating until
double in size
|
|
|
2. Put lemon mixture in a double boiler simmering
over water and stir until thick. Cool
|
|
|
3. Beat whites until stiff. Add whites and and
whipped cream to lemon mixture
|
|
|
4. Line pan with lady fingers and pour batter into
pan. Put in freezer
5. Remove from freezer half hour before serving
|
