Peel and cut the malangas. Put them in pot with
water above the malangas and add lemon juice so
that they don;t brown. Boil them until soft.
Put it in the blender and blend with 1 can of
evaporated milk. Add about 1/4 of 2nd can of
evaporated milk until desired texture is
reached. Add cream cheese & about 1/2 teaspoon
of salt. Add 20 shakes of garlic powder. Blend
until done.
