Cook 5 lbs potatoes. Mash and add the cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.
Cool. Place in refrigerator. Keeps fore 2 weeks.
When ready to use, place the desired amount in casserole and dot with butter. Bake until heated through at 350° for 30 minutes. Entire amount makes 8 c or 12 full servings.
