2 c half and half or condensed milk or regular milk
Instructions
Cook 4 slices of bacon, but into small pieces (can microwave for 5 mn). Reserve 2 Tbsp. Cook 1 medium onion in bacon fat. Add 2 c chicken broth, chopped or frozen broccoli mushrooms ad bacon and cook until tender.
Add the cornstarch to 2 half and half (or condensed milk or milk.) Add to above mixture, lower heat and cook until thick, stirring often.
May be placed in blender if you prefer less chunky.
