2/3 chicken drumsticks (or any other type of chicken)

Half an onion

5-6 garlic cloves

2-3 carrots

1-3 celery stick

Cilantro

Half a cup of pumpkin or butternut squash

Instructions |
|
|
Create stock with water, chicken stock, and 2-3 chicken bouillons. Boil chicken and veggies in stock for 30-40 minutes
|
|
|
Take vegetables out of the stock to puree with a small portion of the stock.
|
|
|
Add vegetable puree and extra cilantro back into the stock.
|
|
|
Add noodles,spinach,and white beans. Spinach and white beans optional.
